Lindsay Lohan Arrest: She Wasn’t Doing Drugs or Drinking Last Night, Says Her Lawyer

Despite what several could also be forward regarding Lindsay Lohan’s state of mind once was in remission on assault charges early this morning at a brand new royal house town lounge, her professional insists she wasn’t underneath the influence.
“I will tell you when I was along with her this morning; she was in great condition,” lawyer Mark Heller tells E! News. “She was certainly not intoxicated, certainly not underneath the influence of medication. She was clear [and] lucid, her eyes were clear. No alcohol involvement some on this occasion.”
However, Heller aforesaid he didn’t raise air mattress if she had been drinking or doing medication at any purpose throughout the evening. “It wasn’t even named,” he said, adding, “She was utterly appropriate. and also the police created note of that.”
Lohan is set to face formal charges at a January. seven official document, but Heller believes he’ll prove her innocence before then.
“We area unit going to be operating terribly earnestly to establish that no charges should even be lodged,” he said. “[The police] have already created arrangements to urge the video from the…club, which hopefully will reveal some exonerating info. After that, they might just walk away from the case and decline to even prosecute.”
Asked how the Liz & Dick star is doing right now, Heller aforesaid, “She’s sleeping. She was up all night long and went through a awfully rough ordeal.”
